A monthly, business-to-business magazine that provides members with current
information on Chamber events, legislative news, member highlights and a listing of new

Buyer's Guide Directory:
Produced annually, this book offers members a
complimentary alphabetical listing and three categorical listings, along with
opportunities to advertise. This book also contains all City, County, State and Federal
Legislative Officials; Board Members and Officers; Chamber Committees and their members;
State of Michigan Departments and Agencies.

Networking
The Chamber hosts
numerous events specifically designed to help members network with one
another and establish valuable relationships with potential new clients.
"After
Business, Ours" - a mini-expo held
monthly at a different location, featuring, hors
d'oeuvres, refreshments, door prizes.
Cost to attend: $5/member, $15/non-members. Display tables
for members only-$45
Monthly Legislative
Forums hosting key public
officials. Cost to attend: $15 p/p or
$150/table (includes
lunch)
Business
& Lifestyles Exposition - an annual event held in April showcasing Chamber member businesses with
over 100 exhibits.
Black
Tie Preview Party
– opening
night of the Business & Lifestyles Exposition, featuring food and refreshments from 30
of the area’s finest restaurants, hotel, caterers and bakeries.
Golf Outing & Dinner
- held the first Monday in June at the Grosse Ile Golf & Country Club,
featuring morning and afternoon golf, team prizes, raffles.
Steak
Roast
- held in September every year, featuring the choice of a steak or chicken
dinner with side dishes, desserts and beverages.
Salute
To Government Officials - an annual event held in December to honor elected officials
and members, featuring hors d'oeuvres, refreshments,
Sleigh of Cheer raffle, door prizes.
New
Member Receptions
- held every quarter at a different location to welcome new members to the
Chamber and to provide networking opportunities; features hors d'oeuvres,
refreshments, door prizes and the opportunity to meet the Board of
Directors, Ambassadors and staff.
